前置詞（Prepositions）- A1レベル
前置詞とは
前置詞は、名詞やその他の語句の前に置かれ、場所・時間・方向などの関係を示す単語です。 A1レベルでは、最も基本的な前置詞「in」「on」「at」「under」を中心に学びます。
1. 場所を表す前置詞（Prepositions of Place）
「in」（〜の中に）
- 立体的な空間や囲まれた場所を示します
- The book is in the bag.（本はカバンの中にあります）
- I live in Tokyo.（私は東京に住んでいます）
- She is in the room.（彼女は部屋の中にいます）
「on」（〜の上に、〜の表面に）
- 表面との接触を示します
- The book is on the table.（本はテーブルの上にあります）
- The picture is on the wall.（絵は壁にかかっています）
- My phone is on the desk.（私の電話はデスクの上にあります）
「at」（〜で、〜の場所で）
- 特定の場所や地点を示します
- I am at school.（私は学校にいます）
- Let's meet at the station.（駅で会いましょう）
- She is waiting at the bus stop.（彼女はバス停で待っています）
「under」（〜の下に）
- 物の下の位置を示します
- The cat is under the table.（猫はテーブルの下にいます）
- I found my pen under the book.（私はペンを本の下で見つけました）
2. 時を表す前置詞（Prepositions of Time）
「in」（〜に）
- 年、月、季節、長い時間の単位に使います
- in 2025（2025年に）
- in January（1月に）
- in summer（夏に）
- in the morning/afternoon/evening（朝に/午後に/夕方に）
「on」（〜に）
- 特定の日や曜日に使います
- on Monday（月曜日に）
- on April 22（4月22日に）
- on my birthday（私の誕生日に）
「at」（〜に）
- 特定の時刻や時間帯に使います
- at 3 o'clock（3時に）
- at noon/midnight（正午に/真夜中に）
- at night（夜に）
覚え方のヒント
- 「in」は「中」をイメージ → 大きい時間の単位（年・月・季節）
- 「on」は「接触」をイメージ → 日付はカレンダーの上にある
- 「at」は「点」をイメージ → 時計の針が指す特定の時刻
